Machines and fuel
Machines menu of the ERP.
| Tab | Content |

| Carburant | Declared refuels, pumps, stock (optional module) |
Families and equipment
The model has two levels: family → equipment. The family carries the accounting accounts (acquisition, depreciation, expense, revenue) and says whether it is priced, i.e. carries a flight price list.
| Record field | Description |
|---|---|
| Registration or code | Unique identifier (for example F-CGVX) |
| Family | The equipment's family |
| Parent equipment | For a sub-component: trailer, refurbishment, engine |
| Bookable for flights | Unticked for a sub-component: absent from flights and from the Planche |
| Ownership | Club, or private with its owners |
| Status | Operational, under maintenance, out of service, transferred, sold |
| Acquisition and depreciation | Price, start date, duration, residual value |
Equipment can have sub-components (one level only), each with its own depreciation.
Private machines
The owners of a private machine are members. With no price list, a flight on that machine is billed for its launch only, with a warning.
Maintenance
The Maintenance tab changes the status and the maintenance information without editing the record: this right is held by maintenance and the chief pilot. A machine whose CEN has expired goes out of service automatically.
What the Planche sees
Only active, operational and bookable equipment is sent to the Planche. A machine out of service is no longer offered there.
