Members module
Overview
The Members module manages the club's full member directory, yearly registrations, and committees.
Member categories
| Category | Description |
|---|---|
| Active member | Flying pilot, registered for the year |
| Temporary member | Short-period registration |
| Non-flying member | Takes part in the club without flying |
| External pilot | Pilot from another club |
| Volunteer | Contributes to the club without flying |
| External organization | Partner club or association |
| Customer/Supplier | Commercial relationship |
Member ID
Every member gets a unique business identifier:
ME<YEAR>-<NNNN>for club members (e.g.ME2026-0042)EXT-<NNNN>for external pilots and organizationsFO-<NNNN>for customers/suppliers
Yearly registration
- Open the member sheet → Registrations tab.
- Click New registration.
- Select the category and period.
- Registration automatically generates the corresponding accounting entries.
