Reading your pilot account
Your pilot account records everything you owe the club and everything you pay it. You read it in the ERP member portal, for the fiscal year chosen at the top of the screen.
| Tab | What you find there |
|---|---|
| Logbook | Your flights, totals and ratings |
| Balance | Your account: balance, lines, payments |
| Packs | Packs bought, hours left, discounts; the cost of your flights |
| Expenses | Expenses you paid for the club, their reimbursement, your tax receipts (see) |
| Mon inscription | Your renewal file for the season |
| Planning du club | Events published by the committees, read-only |
| Tarifs | The club rates in force today, as the board chose to present them |
The balance
A positive balance (green) is credit in your favour; a negative balance (red) is what you owe the club.
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Current balance | Everything posted to your account, including lines still "pending" |
| Posted | The final part of the balance |
| Pending | Lines not posted yet; the club posts them every quarter |
A "pending" line is already due: it just isn't final yet, and can still be corrected if it's wrong.
Paying in instalments
If the club has agreed to let you pay in instalments, the Payment schedule block shows under the balance: the remaining amount, the part overdue, the next due date and, for each instalment, its state (Upcoming, Late, Paid). Each instalment is settled by an ordinary payment (transfer, cheque, card); the office then links it to the instalment. A late, unpaid instalment earns you a reminder email listing it. See Paying in instalments.
The lines
Each line belongs to a journal; the By journal button groups them.
| Journal | What you see | Direction |
|---|---|---|
| FL — Flights | Each billed flight, broken down by machine (airframe, tow, winch, engine) | Debit: you owe |
| REM — Discounts | Your pack discounts, grouped by period | Credit: in your favour |
| VT — Sales | Membership, licence, pack, logbook, meals… | Debit |
| BQ / CS — Bank, cash | Your payments: transfer, cheque, card, cash | Credit |
| OD — Miscellaneous | Corrections and adjustments | Either |
A debit increases what you owe; a credit decreases it. The balance is total credits minus total debits. The account can be exported to CSV.
To understand a flight's price, see Billing flights; for discounts, Packs and discounts.
The Packs tab
- Purchases: each pack bought, with hours bought, hours left and total discounts. The arrow expands the flight-by-flight detail (date, machine, hours drawn, discount). CSV or PDF export.
- My flight costs: each billed flight of the year, with the airframe/engine part, the launch, the full price, the pack hours used, the discount and what is left to pay. At the top, the year's totals and the real cost (left to pay + price of the packs), per flight hour. "Discount to come" marks a flight whose discount hasn't been computed yet.
Frequently asked questions
My flight isn't there. It must first be validated on the Planche, transferred to the ERP, then billed. Allow a few days.
My flight is at full price although I have a pack. The discount comes later, on the period's REM line. If it is still missing after a few days, check that the flight is after the pack's validity date.
A flight is wrong (duration, machine, payer). Tell the club. If it isn't posted yet it is corrected directly; otherwise it is cancelled by a reverse line, then billed again.
My balance is negative. Top up your account by transfer, cheque or card; the payment will show as a credit.
