Pilot
On the airfield, you declare your flights in the Planche (the airfield tablet or your phone). Then you follow their cost and your account in the ERP member portal.
On the Planche
Step by step with screenshots: illustrated pilot guide.
- Log in to the Planche member portal, or use the airfield tablet.
- Declare a flight: the pilot first, then the machine (suggested from today's assignments), the flight type, the launch method and type. See Managing flights.
- Take off, then Land, with the big button on the flight card.
- Edit, duplicate or delete your flight via ⋯ as long as it isn't validated.
- Certify your flight once landed (on the tablet, with your FFVP number if the club requires it).
- My logbook: your record (FFVP, ratings), the year's totals and your flights, including as instructor, passenger or tow pilot.
A machine marked "not authorized" or "to revalidate" needs a release or a check flight with an instructor: see Machine authorizations.

The path of one of your flights
- You declare it, take off, land and certify it on the Planche.
- The day's duty manager validates it: it goes to the ERP.
- The ERP bills it at full price (FL line, "pending").
- If you have a pack, the discount follows (REM line).
- The club posts the lines every quarter.
