Administrator
The administrator configures both applications: the Planche's reference data and tablets, and the ERP's roles, rights and settings.
In the Planche
Only the administrator sees the full administration menu: pilots, machines, airfields, flight types, trial flights, ratings, settings and tablet pairing.
- Pair a tablet (QR code) with the right airfield (Terrain tokens).
- Check or fix a pilot's ratings and machine authorizations (pilot record).
- Comportement des vols (flight behaviour): whether pilot certification is required, FFVP number to certify on the tablet, tow-plane sheet (pilots and billed flight types for warm-ups and tests), machine authorization check (off, warn, block) and revalidation delay.
- Open a sheet for a day other than today (catching up).
- Follow synchronisation with the ERP: pilots, machines, trial flights, flight types, validated flights.
Resetting flights
Resetting deletes every flight, including those already transferred to the ERP. It is disabled by default: only enable it to clear a test dataset, never in production.

The member portal has its own sign-in: it depends on no role.
Role-by-role detail: Rights by role. Roles add up: pick them in Utilisateurs; for a committee head or deputy, also attach their committees.
Default rights only apply when a role is created: a removed right doesn't come back on restart. You can only grant rights you hold yourself.
